Employee Assistance Program
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a counselling service for employees funded by employers. The EAP service is coordinated and administered by CleverMinds Consulting completely independently of the employing organisation.
When an organisation has an EAP service in place, employees are eligible for a number of counselling sessions per year, which the organisation determines.
Confidentiality is paramount and is a founding element of CleverMinds Consulting's approach to EAP. No personal information, nor the content of any sessions will be shared with an employer.
Employees contact CleverMinds Consulting directly to organise an appointment. Sessions can be delivered face to face, via telephone or web-based video conferencing.
CleverMinds Consulting provides independent, confidential counselling to help with issues including:
-
Work-related stress
-
Dealing with Change
-
Family and Relationships
-
Interpersonal Conflict
-
Depression and Anxiety
-
Diagnosis support
Unlike many other EAP counselling services, at CleverMinds Consulting there is no yearly registration fee to access the service, nor any minimum requirements for booking sessions. To enable maximum flexibility and access, the EAP service at CleverMinds Consulting is "pay as you go" for sessions required, invoiced monthly.
CleverMinds consulting is an affordable boutique EAP service offering a personalised approach where a trusting therapeutic relationship and confidentiality are the major focus.
